All orders are processed and shipped 48–72 hours after receiving your order
and prescription(s). Delivery times vary
based on your location so please allow 8 to 14 business days for packages to
be delivered. All orders are shipped using
regular airmail, and will be delivered to your door by United States Postal
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, we’ll send you a replacement
at no charge. To request a reshipment,

location, including winter and summer addresses. Packages lost due to an
incorrect mailing address are not eligible for
reshipment or refund.
