Aczone Gel is used to treat acne. It helps decrease the number and severity of acne and helps pimples that develop to heal more quickly.

Use Aczone gel exactly as directed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not use Aczone gel in larger or smaller amounts or longer than recommended. Aczone gel is for use only on the skin. Please do not take it by mouth. If Aczone gel gets in your eyes, mouth, or vagina, rinse it with water.

Wash the skin before you apply Aczone gel. Gently pat dry with a clean towel. Also, wash your hands after applying Aczone gel. Use only a pea-sized amount of gel each time you apply for this medicine.

Call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 12 weeks of treatment.

This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.

During pregnancy, Aczone Gel should be used only when needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
